Chocolate Chip Toll House Pie

Pie Crust:
Mix together:
*1/2 cup Crisco
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup flour
* 3 tablespoons Ice cold water 
Pat into pan when done.

* 2 eggs 
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 2 sticks of butter 
* Chocolate Chips
* Vanilla Ice Cream ( optional)

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line the pie plate with unbaked pie crust, crimping the edges. Set aside. In a mixing bowl mix the eggs with a hand mixer on high speed until light and foamy. Add the flour and both sugars until completely mixed. Then add butter and mix one more time. Add the Chocolate Chips. Spoon into the prepared pie crust. Bake for 5o-60 minutes.
