Thin Mint Brownies






Ingredients:
1 Box Devils Food Cake
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 bag of Mint Chocolate Chips
1 box of Thin Mints
2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 cup Butter, Softened 
1 bag mine Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 305 degrees F. Line a 9x13 pan with foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray. With a mixer, beat cake mix, eggs, and melted butter until well combined. Then stir in Mint Chocolate Chips. Press into bottom of prepared pan, and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cool all the way. Crush thin mints in a ziplock bag. For the frosting mix, powdered sugar, thin mints, and 1 cup of butter. Beat for 2-3 minutes. Spread over cooled brownies. Enjoy!!

I was supposed to use mini chocolate chips but my mom forgot to get them at the store but that's okay!! Hope you guys have had a wonderful week!! I have!!
