Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted in a long time I have been really busy this summer! I have been packing, then I went to efy (Especially for Youth which was AWESOME!!) But unfortunately I got sick the last day of efy. So I have been sick the past week. But here is a recipe of some really good nacho cheese sauce.

Nacho Cheese Sauce
Makes about a pint of sauce

3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons onion, minced
2 tablespoons green chile, chopped
2 tablespoons tomato,seeded and finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup buttermilk
2 ounces monterey jack cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over low heat in a saute pan. Add onion, green chile, tomato, turmeric, paprika and cayenne pepper. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes until onion softens completely.
Add the remaining  butter and the flour, and continue to cook on low for another 2 minutes. Add the cream, 1/2 cup of buttermilk, and cheese and stir until the cheese melts. Add in the remaining buttermilk, and olive oil a little at a time until you get a velvety sauce, about 10 minutes.

These chocolate chip pancakes are so yummy and it doesn't take long to make them!

First you want to mix all of the dry ingredients into one bowl.

Then you want to add in your egg, milk, buttermilk, and vegetable oil.
    Whisk all the ingredients together and then put them on a  griddle. I like
to add chocolate chips to my pancakes but you don't have to.
This is what your pancakes should look like on the griddle. Make sure before
you put them on the griddle that you spray the pan with Non-stick cooking spray.
  Here's the recipe
                                * 1 egg
                                * 1/2 cup buttermilk
                                * 1/2 cup milk
                                * 2 tablespoons oil
                                * 1 cup flour
                                * 1 tablespoon sugar
                                * 1 teaspoon baking powder
                                * 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
                                * 1/2 teaspoon salt
